Enchantment
When Limited Resources enters the battlefield, each player chooses five lands they control and sacrifices the rest. Players can't play lands as long as ten or more lands are on the battlefield.

2004-10-04 : If a player has less than 5 lands, they get to pick and keep all of their lands.
2004-10-04 : The sacrificed lands are chosen during resolution. The current player chooses first.
2004-10-04 : You can put lands onto the battlefield using effects, you just can’t play lands from your hand as an action.
