2020-02-29 : If you choose 0 for the first number, you are allowed to choose -1 for the second. The same is true for ½ and -½.
2020-02-29 : Look at Me, I’m R&D applies to all numbers that appear on the card, including numbers in mana symbols, rules text, power, toughness, collector number, and art.
2020-02-29 : Note that you are changing numbers, not numerals within a number. Choosing 2 and 3 won’t change 20 to 30 or ½ to ⅓.
2020-02-29 : You can choose a number with a fraction.
