2023-09-01 : If Redcap Gutter-Dweller leaves the battlefield after its last ability has triggered, you can still sacrifice a creature and exile the top card of your library, even though you won't put a +1/+1 counter on Redcap Gutter-Dweller.
2023-09-01 : You pay all costs and follow all normal timing rules for cards played from exile with Redcap Gutter-Dweller. For example, if the exiled card is a land card, you may play it only during your main phase while the stack is empty.
